ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES (AE)

Maintains business relationship with clients and customers through a sales program that includes among other: business analysis, total business proposal/solutions selling and maintaining excellent public relations with all key personnel affiliated with the customers.

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Fresh graduates with IT know-how, excellent communication skills and sales oriented individuals are welcome to apply.
• With at least 1 year working experience in sales preferably in the IT industry.

ADOBE CHANNEL SALES EXECUTIVE (CSE)

Maintains business relationship and discussions with clients and customers of Adobe product through a sales program.

• BS Computer Science graduate
• With sales background an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and assertive
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Acrobat an advantage
• Consulting and SE Skills
• Experience in J2EE Application servers, Databases, LDAP, networking and e-mail

AUTOCAD APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Sales Department

• Male, preferably BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering graduate
• With at least 1-2 years experience in using AutoCAD
• With basic to intermediate knowledge of using Revit
• Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit Architecture is a plus
• Good presentation skills
• Computer troubleshooting skills is a plus
• Able to work under minimum supervision

AUTOCAD CHANNEL SALES EXECUTIVE (CSE)

Maintains business relationship with clients and customers of AutoCAD product through a sales program.

• BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering graduate
• With at least 1 – 2 years experience in using AutoCad
• Sales background an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Computer trouble shooting knowledge an advantage

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS / OFFICER

Performs a variety of accounting activities related to the payment and receipt of money; computes, classifies, records, and reconciles transactions into the company’s financial accounting systems.

• BS Accountancy graduate
• With 1 year related work experience in doing general accounting functions
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Female, not more than 35 years old
• Systematic and highly organized
• Willing to work long hours

GRAPHIC / LAYOUT ARTIST

Prepares lay-outs and designs for promotional materials and collaterals of the company’s products.

• College graduate major in Fine Arts
• With at least 1 year related work experience
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator CS3, Photoshop CS3 and/or Corel Draw
• Knowledge in Adobe Flash is a plus
• Distinctively creative and resourceful
• Good layout and design skills
• Can work well with people

PURCHASING ASSISTANTS

Purchase supplies, or services necessary for the operation of the company.

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 1 year previous working experience
• Experience in fixed asset management
• Knowledgeable in canvassing and purchase of supplies and equiments for office use
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
• Computer proficient
• Able to work under minimum supervision and multi-task
• With Supervisory experience for Officer Position

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Assist in all clerical functions and events managements of company’s sales team.

• BS Marketing graduate
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills

PRODUCT SPECIALISTS

Promotes sales of selected products together with Account Executive through strategic product marketing programs which includes; product knowledge and promotion, identification of target accounts/industries and product pre-sales initiatives.

• With at least 2 years experience in sales preferably gained in an IT company ls
• Excellent communication, marketing and presentation skills

PRODUCT ASSISTANT

Assist in overall administrative and clerical functions of a specific sales team.

• Bachelor’s degree holder

• At least 6 months previous working experience

TECHNICAL SUPPORT / INTERNAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS

Provides post-sales technical services to customers and clients including configuration, installation and product demonstration.

• Male, a graduate of ECE & IT-related courses
• With previous working experience in the same field
• Duly Certified or Licensed an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in software, hardware, servers and other Microsoft products
• Able to deal well with people

CHANNEL SALES EXECUTIVE (CSE) / PRODUCT SPECIALISTS

Maintains business relationships with clients and customers through a sales programs that include among others: business analysis, total business proposal / solutions selling and maintaining excellent public relations with all key personnel aliated with the customers.

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• With at least 1 year sales experience in IT products
• Knowledgeable in hardware or software products an advantage

GRAPHIC SOFTWARE DEMO ARTIST

Prepares and makes graphic designs and creative lay-outs for all the event collaterals and promotional materials of the company.

• At least 2 yrs experience with Corel, Adobe, 3D studio Max, Maya software.
• Should understand the different types of graphics print or video output.
• Must be able to demonstrate the applications to a client or a group of clients.
• Must at least be familiar with functions of graphics hardware used on PCs
• Male or female

FINANCE POSITIONS

To fill up positions in Accounting, Audit and Billing, Credit & ollections

• BS Accountancy graduate
• With work experience in accounting functions an advantage
• Willing to work on extended hours
• Highly systematic and organized
• Computer proficient
• Knowledgeable in ERIC system an advantage
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for Audit position

PROGRAMMER

Perform database tasks essential to the continued operations of applications and systems.

• Male, a graduate of either Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), or equivalent
• Preferably with 2 years experience specializing in IT/ Computer – software or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Visual Basic, VB Script, SQL
• Knowledge in Object-oriented programming, databases like SQL Server, MySQL
• Preferably with Power Builder, HTML, PHP and Java Script experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills are essential
• Can work with minimal supervision

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Provides consistent, excellent customer service & support of local & web applications, hardware etc. in a fast paced environment.

• Male, a graduate of Computer Engineering/Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Incident Management Skills
• Process oriented, methodical, analytical
• With extensive experience in the following technologies: File Server Management, Network troubleshooting & Repair, and Storage Area Networking (SAN), Application Server (E-mail, Firewall, Proxy, SQL database.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft & Linux/Unix Operating System.
• With at least 2 years experience specializing in IT/Computer Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

WAREHOUSE / LOGISTICS MANAGER

Provides planning, management, administration & implementation of the logistic functions for the whole operations of the company.

• BS Industrial Engineer or any 4 year course
• At least 3 years related previous working experience
• Can communicate well with sales people and customers on delivery matters
• With good command of both oral and written communication skills
• Computer proficient, keen to details, adheres to standards and can work well in a team
• Systematic and highly organized
• Strong leadership skills
• Mature and can effectively handle people
