AUTOCAD APPLICATIONS ENGINEER

Sales Department

• Male, preferably BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering graduate
• With at least 1-2 years experience in using AutoCAD
• With basic to intermediate knowledge of using Revit
• Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit Architecture is a plus
• Good presentation skills
• Computer troubleshooting skills is a plus
• Able to work under minimum supervision

AUTOCAD CHANNEL SALES EXECUTIVE (CSE)

Maintains business relationship with clients and customers of AutoCAD product through a sales program.

GRAPHIC SOFTWARE DEMO ARTIST

Prepares and makes graphic designs and creative lay-outs for all the event collaterals and promotional materials of the company.

• At least 2 yrs experience with Corel, Adobe, 3D studio Max, Maya software.
• Should understand the different types of graphics print or video output.
• Must be able to demonstrate the applications to a client or a group of clients.
• Must at least be familiar with functions of graphics hardware used on PCs

FINANCE POSITIONS

PROGRAMMER

Perform database tasks essential to the continued operations of applications and systems.

• Male, a graduate of either Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), or equivalent
• Preferably with 2 years experience specializing in IT/ Computer – software or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Visual Basic, VB Script, SQL
• Knowledge in Object-oriented programming, databases like SQL Server, MySQL
• Preferably with Power Builder, HTML, PHP and Java Script experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills are essential

WAREHOUSE / LOGISTICS MANAGER

Provides planning, management, administration & implementation of the logistic functions for the whole operations of the company.

• BS Industrial Engineer or any 4 year course
• At least 3 years related previous working experience
• Can communicate well with sales people and customers on delivery matters
• With good command of both oral and written communication skills
• Computer proficient, keen to details, adheres to standards and can work well in a team

• Strong leadership skills
• Mature and can effectively handle people

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

- Responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting of server and network related issues and problems. Identifies true root cause and long-term strategy for remediation of the problem. - Responsible for administration, backup/restore, and regular maintenance of all mission critical systems in multiple office locations. - Maintains data integrity and ensures network security is in accordance with standards and best practices (e.g., standards implementation/configuration hardening, secure access control, patch updates, etc.) - Performs server installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, back-up, monitoring, access administration and related tasks. - Installs operating systems and applications as required by clients, projects and management; installs and removes peripherals as required for upgrades or downgrades. - Maintain an inventory of IT equipments both hardware and software. - Performs structured cabling in support of the company’s computer network and systems and in response to client requirements. - Executes hardware and software audit procedures and documentation. - Prepares and submits required reports.

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) / Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) and Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent course. Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is an advantage.
• Required Skills: Networking Skills , Hardware (Network, Desktops, Servers & Laptop), Windows 2008, 2003, Windows 7 and Linux OS (Server, Windows Servers, My SQL, Active Directory or any system related administration.
• ITIL familiarity and industry certifications are an advantage.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be a Degree Holder of any IT or Engineering course.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

- Responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting of network related issues and problems. Identifies true root cause and long-term strategy for remediation of the problem. - Performs network installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, back-up, monitoring, access administration and related network tasks. - Performs troubleshooting functions involving Firewall/VPN, LAN/WAN and other related network services. - Maintain an inventory of internetworking hardware and software such that quick and permanent repairs can be made whenever required. - Performs structured cabling in support of the company’s computer network, systems and in response to client requirements. - Installs operating systems and applications as required by clients, projects and management; - Executes hardware and software audit procedures and documentation. - Coordinates with concerned ISPs, teams, vendors, and/or appropriate third party as part of operations escalation as necessary. - Prepares and submits required reports.

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) / Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) and Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent course. Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is an advantage.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be a Degree Holder of any IT or Engineering course.
• Intermediate to expert skills in Routers and Switches (2 years hands on experience)
• Intermediate to expert skills in managing any firewall (MS ISA, CISCO ASA, Checkpoint or Juniper Netscreen with at least 2 years of hands on experience).
• ITIL familiarity and CCNA/CCNP certification will be an advantage.

IT SUPPORT ENGINEER/ANALYST

- Provides solutions and assistance on reported concerns coming from customers. - Provides assistance on any technical concerns through remote and phone assistance. - Evaluates the real demands of customers and treats them as VIPs. - Coordinates with other IT groups for customer concerns. - Coordinates with other departments for projects handled by IT Support Team

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) / Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) and Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent course. Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) is an advantage.
